Tasting notes
Scents of cedar, mocha and dark chocolate bubble up on the nose of Stewart's 2021 Nomad Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Bourn Vineyard, but there are also some bright cherry aromas that balance those out and provide a refreshing sense of balance. It's still a full-bodied, well-ripened Cabernet, velvety and intense, but there's a freshness and vibrancy on the finish here that some of Stewart's other Nomad wines seem to lack.

Blackcurrants, plums, sweet tobacco, and chocolate notes all emerge from the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon NOMAD Beckstoffer Bourn Vineyard, a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a site just outside of St. Helena. Brought up in new French oak, it's ripe, full-bodied, and already hard to resist. All Cabernet Sauvignon aged 22 months in 90% new French oak, drink bottles over the coming 15+ years.
