RS 38 g/l. Certified organic and biodynamic. Pale gold. Evolved nose with a note of truffle. Palate drier and less marked by the residual sugar. After the 2018 seems more like a demi-sec. Definite acidity though, providing a mouth-puckering finish. Unlikely to evolve further. (JL)

The 2002 Moelleux Le Mont is laced with the essence of apricot, crushed autumn leaves, honey, minerals and earthiness. Despite its intense color, the 2002 is now a pretty delicate wine. Ultimately, it feels just a bit rustic and hollow, especially on the mid-palate. I would not push my luck too far on aging.
