Succulent flavours with some rocky character. Fresh aromatics, followed by notes of red berry, conifer and spice. Mouth-watering acidity, soft persistent tannin, and lots of length. Lightly crunchy. Apparent oak, will integrate over time. (ECB)

Made from clones 115 and 777, the 2013 Pinot Noir Campbell Ranch Vineyard comes from a hillside site near the old logging station of Annapolis. Sweet and sour cherries, plum, earth and spice characteristics are present in this medium-bodied, more monolithic Pinot Noir along with good purity, ripeness and balance. Neither as complex nor singular as some of its siblings, it should provide pleasure over the next 6-8 years.
