Rich and lively too. This is obviously made from super-ripe grapes but the wine is well balanced and refreshing. Albeit with quite a firm oaky corset. But the lively finish is convincing. (JR)

The 2018 Fixin Village is showing much more elegance and Pinoté compared to the Marsannay, and more brightness and vivacity. The well-balanced palate offers bright red cherries and crushed strawberry, good acidity, nice structure and a pretty finish. Excellent.
