Earth, smoke and cooked red fruit – really charming and open with tertiary characters that integrate really well with the generous fruit. Excellent persistence and complexity. Shows that richly fruity Pinots can age just as well as lean, restricted ones! (RH)

The 2013 Pinot Noir Tilton Hill Vineyard is a Pommard-like style of Pinot Noir with a dark ruby color, loads of pomegranate, apple skin, red cherry notes, nice spice, velvety light tannin and a medium to full-bodied mouthfeel. Delicious, round and juicy, this wine should drink well for another 5-7 years.
