Tasting notes
The 2016 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast comes from a handful of sites on the Sonoma Coast and was aged 18 months in 20% new French oak. It has a wonderful bouquet of sweet black cherries, baking spices, candied citrus, and flowery incense. Rich, medium to full-bodied, textured, ad length on the palate, this is a quintessential North Coast Pinot Noir that delivers the goods.

The 2016 Pinot Noir (Sonoma Coast) is delicate, perfumed and lifted, offering lovely bright red fruit, chalk and floral character. Medium-bodied, sleek and super-expressive, this pretty wine will drink beautifully with minimal cellaring.
Pale to medium ruby in the glass, the 2016 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast opens with lovely rose petal perfume, soft earth and dried citrus peel with notes of tobacco leaf, rhubarb, crushed red cherries and berries. Light to medium-bodied, it's very pretty in the mouth with all that perfume, framed by fine, dusty tannins and juicy acidity, finishing very long and spicy. 60 cases were made.
