Pale, bright yellow. Delicate, high-pitched aromas of violet, lavender and ginger. Then dense and primary in the mouth, with excellent breadth but a noteworthy light touch to its talc and crushed stone flavors. The ineffable high notes carry through on the palate of this very dry, subtly persistent premier cru.
