100% Pinot Meunier. Dosage 1 g/l, disgorged January 2023. Certified organic. Very, very slight tinge of pink. Grilled pink peaches and pink-skinned apples with the most attractive, unusual note of apple pips! Quite delicate, this really dances on tiptoes and the lacy froth of bubbles seems to give it a sense of weightlessness. Satsuma-sweet acidity. A fine underline of something savoury (crushed hazelnut?) into the finish. This is fabulous. (TC)
