2015 Cyprien Arlaud Vosne-Romanée Les Petits Monts 1er Cru

The 2015 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Petits Monts, under the "& Arlaud" négoçiant label, has an appealing bouquet with iodine-tinged black fruit, a little reduction to contend with, which will pass. The palate is medium-bodied with succulent ripe tannin, orange zest-tinged black fruit with a pleasant grainy finish. Not a bad Les Petit Monts, but I think Cyprien will make better in coming years.
