A cuvée dominated by climat Petit Noizons, Jobard's 2020 Pommard Village exhibits notes of dark berries, plums, spices and petals, followed by a medium to full-bodied, more muscular and structured palate than his Beaune and Volnay wines.

The 2020 Pommard Village comes from three lieux-dits. The bouquet is very focused though not as forthcoming as the Montreveneaux, a light marine/seaweed scent in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with a mixture of red and black fruit, lightly spiced with a touch of white pepper and clove on the finish. You can feel the energy here. A Pommard Village from the top drawer.
