Tasting notes
The 2018 Bourgogne Côte d'Or Vieilles Vignes exhibits notes of pear, orange oil and white flowers, followed by a medium to full-bodied, succulent and enveloping palate that's lively but charming. This comes from domaine fruit, but like its Bourgogne stablemate from purchased fruit, it's unusually expressive for a young Jobard wine, something Rémi attributes to the character of this vintage.

Cask sample. Much nervier than the regular Bourgogne Blanc 2018 from this address. Fine-boned with length and structure. And truly savoury and Côte d’Or-like. Bravo! QGV (JR)
The 2018 Bourgogne Côte d’Or Blanc Vieilles Vignes has a light orange blossom scented bouquet that shows a little more character than the Bourgogne Blanc. The palate is fresh and lightly spiced on the entry, slightly waxy in texture with a zest, stem ginger tinged finish. Enjoy this over the next couple of years.
