This is an aromatic, juicy Cabernet that can be enjoyed today or cellared for at least a handful of years. The 2008 is an especially lifted, floral wine from the Continuum property. The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, sensual wine layered with plums, black cherries, smoke, licorice and tar. Striking finesse and purity from start to finish are some of the qualities that stand out most. Sweet, floral notes add brightness on the finish. Lower yields and longer hang time contribute to the exceptional elegance of the tannins. This is one of the gems of a vintage many people have overlooked.
