Score 95/100 · Drink 2024-2045, Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate, May 2023

Sourced from the Houyi Vineyard on Pritchard Hill, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Ines boasts intense aromas of cassis, blackberries and black cherries underscored by hints of cedar and vanilla. It's full-bodied but also streamlined, not overly broad or sloppy, just nicely structured and balanced, with a long, cool and refreshing finish.

The 2019 Ines is packed with super-ripe black fruit, espresso, gravel, new oak, bittersweet chocolate, spice and sweet spice. This rich, flamboyant Cabernet is built on textural intensity and volume, both of which it has in spades.
