Pale gold. Intense, mineral-laced aromas of fresh peach, pear skin, tarragon and white flowers pick up a smoky nuance with air. Concentrated and juicy in style, offering sappy white peach, pear nectar and honey flavors enlivened by nervy mineral and ginger nuances. Finishes on a stony note, showing excellent persistence and lingering suggestions of orange pith and dried pear. The interplay of power and vivacity here is pretty impressive.
