Good medium red. Musky aromas of cherry, menthol, mocha and meat. Sweet and seamless but energetic too, with ripe acidity keeping the flavors under wraps today. Finishes with a firm edge of dusty tannins that calls for patience.

Good bright red-ruby. Rather Bordeaux-like aromas of black cherry, espresso and bitter chocolate, with a bit of oak to be absorbed. Juicy, primary and pure, with good density but also a light touch to the flavors of dark cherry and blackberry. Finishes with substantial dusty tannins and noteworthy energy and length, with late notes of saline minerality, game and licorice. Very 2010 in style.
