Tasting notes
The 2019 Mineral Springs Brut Rosé, which received four grams of dosage, has a deep cherry-pink color and gregarious scents of watermelon, cantaloupe, apricot, toast and spice. The light-bodied palate is defined by full, ripe fruit and bright acidity, though it has a finely creamy mousse and a long, flavorful finish.

The 2019 Brut Rosé Mineral Springs is intense, with a burst of white smoke, dusty sage and dried strawberries launching from the glass. Soothingly round and supple, its saline-tinged bubbles fade quickly to reveal crisp white cherry and hints of citrus. It tapers off with medium length and subtle tension, leaving a slowly fading mineral tinge. Four grams per liter of dosage.
