Score 89/100 · Josh Raynolds, Nov 2005

Deep, sweet aromas of ripe apple and pear. Earthy and broad in the mouth, with a subtle hint of minerals. Opens up quickly, taking on musky flavors of yellow plum and baked apple. A rich, powerful, broad-shouldered Champagne that emphasizes power and weight, finishing with an almost Tokaji-like note of earth.
