The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc Wild Iris opens with lovely warm lemons, fresh pears and green apple scents plus suggestions of dried herbs and coriander seed. Medium-bodied, elegant and refreshing, the palate delivers loads of zip and zing with an apple-laced finish.
Honeysuckle, cantaloupe melon, citrus, loquat, jasmine and pear drops. The palate is very layered and dense, but with a very well defined center of acidity and fresh stone fruit. Drink now or hold.
