Pure aromas of acacia flower and minerals. Pure and gripping in the mouth, with complex, brisk flavors of citrus fruit, white flowers, minerals and liquid stone, all lifted by a minty nuance. Intensely flavored and long, and delicious already. I underestimated this wine last year. Matrot recommends serving this with rouget with olive oil or scallops with Szechuan peppercorn.

Quite fine and nutty. Creamy fruit. Lots of alcohol. A bit brutal. (JR)

Spices and peach on the nose. Suave on entry, then quite dry in the middle palate, with modest fat and rather strong acidity. Lime and fresh herbal flavors carry through on the finish.
