Score 93/100 · Drink 2016-2023, Robert Parker, Mar 2016
Another limited-production Pinot Noir, but one of my favorites in this grouping, is the 2013 Pinot Noir Estate. An equal-part blend of the Pommard and Dijon 115 clones, this wine was aged in new oak and offers serious concentration, a dark ruby/purple color, blackcurrant and black cherry fruit intermixed with some forest floor, underbrush and spice. It is full-bodied, delicious and ideal for drinking over the next 5-7 years.
