Impressive volume and depth here. The nose delivers earthy, ripe red plums and blackberries, leading to a palate with a bold, rich and flavorful style that has a neat, fresh blackcurrant finish. Drink or hold.

A huge, somber wine, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon hits the palate with tons of intensity of both fruit and tannin. The 2013 is going to need at least a few years in bottle to fully come together, but there is good potential here, especially if the tannins soften. This is a decidedly intense, mountain wine.
