2005 Bacio Divino Janzen Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard

The brilliant 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon To-Kalon Vineyard (100% Cabernet Sauvignon) exhibits a dark ruby/purple color, and a style similar to the Cloudy’s Vineyard, with more complexity as well as subtle toast, cedarwood, fruitcake, black currant, and high class, unsmoked cigar tobacco characteristics. The sweetness of the tannins, the richness and expansiveness in the mouth, the layered texture, and long, silky, tannic finish are all impressive. This 2005 should drink well for 15+ years.
