Tasting notes
Full ruby. Spice-accented black raspberry and cherry-cola aromas are complicated by hints of potpourri, incense and smoky minerals. Sweet and seamless in the mouth, offering concentrated red/dark berry preserve, mocha and violet pastille flavors that pick up a spicy accent on the back half. Deep in flavor but vibrant and precise as well, delivering strong finishing cut and closing on a gently tannic note, with floral-driven persistence.

The 2016 Pinot Noir is medium ruby in color with a nose of crushed stone, black cherries and wild blackberries with stemmy and earthy nuances. Medium to full-bodied, it has good concentration of dark fruits in the mouth with touches of soil and autumn leaves, good juicy acidity and slightly chewy tannins carrying the finish. 1,835 cases produced.
