Tasting notes
The 2019 Pinot Noir Gloria Estate is a blend of five clones, most of them heritage clones. It offers a striking combination of aromatic presence, supple fruit and fine tannins, all of which make it a terrific choice for drinking now and over the next decade or so. The 2019 is classy and elegant from start to finish.

The 2019 Pinot Noir Gloria Estate comes from the Russian River Valley and is another solid release from this estate. Lots of ripe raspberry and cherry fruits, medium body, ripe yet present tannins, and a nose of spice and sappy herbs all make for a terrific 2019 Pinot Noir that will keep for 4-6 years, if not longer.
The 2019 Pinot Noir Gloria Estate comes from the vineyard located just behind the Freeman winery, planted to clones Swan, Calera, Pommard, Martini and 115 and converted to organic farming four years ago. Medium ruby in color, it opens slowly to saline, raspberry compote, blood orange, dust and Earl Grey tea leaves. The palate is expressive and perfumed, with intense flavors in a silky, lifted frame, and a wonderfully long, layered finish. Lovely!
