Tasting notes
Very heady nose and then an uncomfortably heavy charge of acidity. Not as much of an integrated whole as the Caymus sweet wine. (JR)

(11.3% alcohol with 14% residual sugar; fermented in all new oak barrels) Aromas of yellow plum, pineapple, lemon peel, game, lichee and rosewater. Wonderfully exotic yet pure fruit enlivened by very strong (12 grams per liter) acidity. An intriguing floral quality adds to the wine's complexity. A wine of compelling fruit.
