The 2019 Pinot Noir Georgeanne is laced with crushed red berry, cinnamon and sweet floral top notes. Gracious and inviting, the 2019 will drink well with minimal cellaring. All the elements are so well balanced in this elegant Pinot from Merry Edwards.

Coming from an estate vineyard in the Russian River, the 2019 Pinot Noir Georganne reveals a medium ruby hue as well as darker cherry and redcurrants fruit, notes of forest floor and damp earth, medium body, ripe, present tannins, and a great finish. The balance is spot on, and while it's drinking beautifully today, I see no reason it won't continue evolving for another 7-8 years.

The 2019 Pinot Noir Georganne Vineyard has a medium ruby color and dense red and black fruits on the nose, with hints of graphite, charcuterie and potpourri. Medium-bodied, the palate is mineral driven, broody and dense with a silky texture and long, mineral-driven finish. This could use another year or two in bottle. 419 cases produced.
