2015 Schug Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Heritage Reserve

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Heritage Reserve, a blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Cabernet Franc, 8% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot, has a deep ruby-purple color. The nose begins with notions of gravel dust and graphite over dried blackcurrants, wild blackberries, cinnamon stick and allspice with nuances of dried leaves and warm earth. It's medium to full-bodied and earthy in the mouth with a grainy texture and good freshness, finishing with oak spice. 448 cases produced.
