Score 92/100 · Drink 2007-2022, Robert Parker, Dec 2006

The 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon (100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged in 75% new French oak) is a classic offering that could easily be mistaken for a Bordeaux Pauillac in a blind tasting. It offers scents of cedar, wood smoke, black currants, and spice, medium to full body, good underlying elegance and freshness, and a superb, linear, well-defined finish. Give it 1-3 more years of bottle age and consume it over the following 15+ years. Importer: Dan Philips, The Grateful Palate, Oxnard, CA; tel. (888) 472-5283
