The 2023 Rose Of Pinot Noir was aged in wood, which bolsters the texture of the wine just enough to make it a rather serious yet still fresh style of rosé. Pouring a bright medium pink hue, it’s fresh and vibrant on the nose, with notes of wild raspberries, rhubarb, watermelon rind, saline, and orange blossoms. The palate is linear and persistent, with vibrant energy and an elegant, mouthwatering feel. While it is spritely and refreshing now, it should hold on nicely over the next several years.
