Score 92/100 · Drink 2018-2025, Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate, Feb 2018

The 2010 Pelorus Sparkling Wine was disgorged last year (2017), giving it ample time on the lees. It's a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, with a dosage of eight grams per liter. It's a rich, custardy, toasty and nutty wine with a plump, round mouthfeel and a creamy texture but with enough citrusy length to suggest it will drink well for another 6-7 years.
