Tasting notes
The 2009 Chardonnay Sebastopol comes across as a bit understated, but it is quite pretty all the same. There the oak is a bit more pronounced than in some of the other wines here, as the wine doesn't quite have the stuffing to stand up to the cooperage. It is still an attractive wine, though, and should drink nicely for a handful of years.

Palish bright yellow-gold. Aromas of white peach, orange blossom and lemon, plus a suggestion of graphite minerality. In a distinctly juicy rather than fat style, showing pliant yet penetrating flavors of soft citrus fruits and hazelnut. Finishes fruity, firm and persistent.
