Tasting notes
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon T-E-N is an appellation wine taken from valley floor sites and done in a style that is meant to offer early accessibility. The Ten offers notable depth, soft contours and tons of character. Raspberry jam, mocha, cinnamon and rose petal fill out the layers effortlessly. I would cellar this for a year or two first, but it's an absolutely gorgeous wine, even today.

There are roughly 500 cases of the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Ten, a blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, and 7% Cabernet Franc that spent 18 months in 70% new French oak. It has classic Cabernet cassis and chocolate-laced currant fruits as well as spicy oak, tobacco, dried herbs, and some lead pencil shaving notes to go with a medium to full-bodied, round, supple, beautifully textured style on the palate. It's up-front and ready to go, yet should have a solid 10-12 years or so of prime drinking.
