(like the Champgains, this was bottled in November of '16 due to a later malolactic fermentation): Pale yellow. Aromas of pear, menthol and stone are less fruity than most of Niellon's other '15s. Juicy and tight on the palate, showing excellent cut to its lemon, pear and wet stone flavors. Finishes with a firm edge and good lift.
