2009 Buehler Cabernet Sauvignon Estate

Saturated medium ruby. Aromas and flavors of blackberry, violet and licorice, along with cooler mint and herbal nuances. Offers good palate presence and texture but in a rather medicinal, brooding style. Finishes with chalky tannins and a repeating element of greenness. Not bad but it's hard to believe that this wine will ever become more pliant or gain in complexity.
