Score 89/100 · Drink 2018-2027, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Apr 2018
The 2015 Pinot Noir Champ de Mars is dark, bold and juicy, all qualities that make it easy to drink and enjoy young. An initial burst of fruit makes a strong opening statement before the formidable tannins make themselves known on the mid palate and finish. The ripe fruit profile and coarse tannins are both signs of a drought vintage in which ripening was not as even as it could have been.

The 2015 Pinot Noir Champ de Mars is especially powerful in this vintage. Ample, bold and explosive, the 2015 exudes concentration. The flavors are dark and incisive, with pretty floral top notes that add nuance throughout.
