Score 88/100 · Drink 2015-2025, Robert Parker, Oct 2015

The 2012 Coach Insignia Cabernet Sauvignon, a long staple of the Fisher portfolio, has a dark ruby/plum color, notes of blackcurrants, tobacco leaf, a whiff of cedar wood and oak. It’s medium to full-bodied, lush and best drunk over the next decade or more.

Score 90/100 · Drink 2014-2022, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Dec 2014

The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Coach Insignia is pretty, open and expressive. Dark red cherry, plum, spice and leather are all laced together nicely in the glass. The 2012 has developed very well since I last tasted it, but it remains decidedly medium in body and feminine in style. This is the most accessible of the Fisher 2012s.

Score 88-90/100 · Drink 2015-2020, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Feb 2014

The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Coach Insignia is racy, supple and nicely layered in the glass. Sweet red berries, cinnamon and mint notes meld together in a soft, textured Cabernet that should drink nicely right out of the gate. Overall, the 2012 lacks the depth of the very finest vintages.
