Tasting notes
Succulent red cherries, mint, cinnamon, flowers and tobacco are all knit together in a soft, supple Cabernet Sauvignon to drink now and over the next decade. The 2012 is silky, mid-weight and built on a sense of gracefulness. This was more impressive from barrel.

The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate exhibits notes of plums, red and blackcurrants, medium body and a light, but fragrant, polished style. Drink it over the next 7-8 years.
The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon is quite primary today. There is considerable depth and roundness to the flavors, but the aromatics that are such a big part of the wine's signature remains a bit in the background. A rich, succulent, Cabernet, the 2012 should drink well pretty much right out of the gate. There is a lot to look forward to here.
