Tasting notes
Limpid ruby-red. Sexy red berry preserve, incense and Asian spice aromas, along with suggestions of cola and vanilla. Sappy, smooth and penetrating on the palate, offering juicy black raspberry, bitter cherry and spicecake flavors that become sweeter as the wine opens up. Seamless and densely packed yet nervy as well, finishing with strong, fruity thrust and silky tannins that arrive late.

The 2015 Pinot Noir Garys' Vineyard is smoking good. Slightly darker fruits, violets, spice and forest floor all flow to a rich, medium to full-bodied, beautifully textured and nuanced Pinot Noir. This beauty has beautiful fruit, yet stays in the more elegant style of the vintage.
Pale ruby-purple in color, the 2015 Pinot Noir Garys' Vineyard has a fantastic array of savory/meaty/earthy aromas with fragrant black raspberry and black cherry notes with hints of cardamom, fenugreek and aniseed plus a waft of roses. Medium-bodied, the palate is packed with gregarious red berry and earthy layers that are supported by fine-grained tannins and racy acid, finishing long with plenty to provoke interest. 493 cases were made.
