Tasting notes
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Lamb Vineyard is delicate, aromatic and lifted compared to the Coach Insignia. Floral aromatics meld into a core of dark-red-toned fruit. This sensual, open-knit Cabernet has aged beautifully. That said, the mid-palate is starting to fade a touch. Any remaining bottles need to be enjoyed over the next few years.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Lamb Vineyard has turned out beautifully. Polished, silky tannins allow the creamy, voluptuous fruit to come through very nicely. Dark red cherry, raspberry, sweet tobacco and cedar add nuance, but it is the wine's textural finesse and overall balance that really stand out. This is a terrific example of the year at its best.
A creamy, voluptuous wine, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Lamb Vineyard is endowed with fabulous depth. The flavors are dark and intense throughout, with plenty of scorched earth, graphite, smoke and cedar nuances. This is an especially dense, explosive style, with striking mid-palate intensity and plenty of potential.
