Medium red. Sappy aromas of candied red fruits, spices and herbs. Aromatic and complex in the mouth, with intriguing herbal and spice notes. Shapely thanks to firm acids, but a bit tart.

Medium weight. Extremely forward and charming but a serious expression of the village character too. These wines are made by Jacques Seysses' son Jeremy from vineyards he has identified as especially promising. Clean, crisp nose, good integrity and depth of flavour. Very well balanced. (JR)
