Bright red-ruby. Highly perfumed aromas of blueberry, white pepper, bitter chocolate, rose petal and blood orange. Silky on entry, then seamless and light on its feet, with tangy intensity to the flavors of blackberry, violet and pepper. Lovely creamy underlying sweetness here, but graceful and shapely too. The vibrant rising finish features very fine-grained tannins and lovely length and grip. Really leaves the taste buds vibrating. Lovely use of whole-berry fermentation here.
