Composed of 40% Missouri Hopper, 40% Chateau Boswell estate, 15% Pritchard Hill and 5% Two Dogs vineyard, the 2015 At Anchor Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep garnet-purple color and open, expressive nose of Indian spices, fragrant earth and incense over a crème de cassis and blueberry pie-laced core. Full-bodied and firmly framed with chewy tannins and a lively backbone, it has intense black fruit and exotic spice flavors, finishing long with an herbal lift. 411 cases produced.
