2004 Parallel Cabernet Sauvignon

There are just under 1,000 cases of this 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon from an estate with which I am unfamiliar. Based on this tasting, Parallel Napa Valley’s Cabernet Sauvignon deserves broader recognition. A delicious, seductive, open-knit, soft, round, lush offering, it is a classic example of this vintage. The color is a healthy dark ruby/purple, and the wine shows lots of red and black fruits presented in a round, fleshy, succulent style with fine, well-integrated tannins.
