About 300 bottles from 0.119 acre. It seems a shame that one of Burgundy’s very best white wine producers has so little to work with from this site. Rampant TCA was even more of a shame. (JR)

Aromas of peach, smoke and minerals. Fat and full but quite dry and sappy, with excellent balancing acidity. This has terrific chewy texture and a very long, spicy finish. But extremely unevolved today for a 2000: Pillot plans to bottle this on the late side.
