Supple, open-knit and inviting, the 2015 has quite a bit to offer, especially if enjoyed over the next handful of years. Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon contains 5% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec and has a nose of blackberry, cassis, earth, menthol and pencil shavings. The full-bodied palate shows chunky but approachable tannins with good expression and balance, if a little straightforward.
