2015 B Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Missouri Hopper Vineyard

I saw three 2015s, which won’t be bottled until the beginning of 2018, so I will keep my notes short. The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard shows enormous fruit extract, hints of minerality, licorice and graphite, but dense, concentrated, thick and unctuously textured fruit. This is going to be a killer wine for sure, but it is extremely young and oh so promising.
