Bright, light yellow. Aromas of fresh apricot, spices and wet stone come across as a bit more exotic than those of the Charmes. The minerality of the site comes through on the dry, rich, salty palate, which delivers wonderfully chewy, tactile flavors of pineapple and crushed stone without any hardness. Finishes with terrific building length. This rocky parcel is located next to a quarry.

Complex aromas of cedar, spice and green fruits, steely/smoky too. Not as concentrated on the mid palate as I had expected, really quite gentle but finishes zesty and fresh. (JH)

White peach and crushed rock on the reticent nose. At once glyceral and energetic, combining pungent stone fruit and mineral flavors with a seductive sweetness. Finishes broad, dry and serious, with notes of orange and wet stone and sneaky length.
