Tasting notes
The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is also brilliant, with a smorgasbord of red and blue fruits, smoked tobacco, incense, Asian spices, and chocolate aromas and flavors. It doesn’t have the classic style of the 2014, yet it’s more exuberant and straight-up sexy on both the nose and palate. Full-bodied, velvety textured, nicely concentrated, and balanced, it’s another beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon from winemaker Heidi Barrett. Drink this any time over the coming 15+ years.

The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is a gorgeous, inviting wine. Blackberry jam, crème de cassis, gravel, game, smoke and dark spice are all pushed forward. Succulent and racy, with no hard edges, the 2015 offers plenty of near and medium term appeal. This flamboyant, deep Cabernet Sauvignon has a ton to offer.
