(a blend of clones 7 and 337; includes 4% petite sirah): Good deep red-ruby. Perfumed aromas of currant, espresso and smoky, nutty oak, plus a hint of prune. Suave, dense and juicy, showing a milk chocolatey quality that reminded me of merlot. Plenty of sweet oak here but has enough supporting currant fruit.
