The 2020 Blanc de Blancs Keefer Ranch is a new, traditional method sparkling wine from Kosta Browne. Base wines were aged in a range of vessels, including wooden casks, new French oak barrels and stainless steel. It spent two years en tirage and received 3.25 grams per liter dosage. It has savory aromas of mushroom, iodine and toasty oak, plus nuances of apple and crème fraîche. The palate is soft and tangy with appley flavors and a luxuriously creamy texture. Drink it over the next 2-3 years. 280 cases were made.

A juicy and flavorful sparkling white with so much bread dough, nutmeg and sliced cooked apple. Full-bodied, with a brightness and acid drive. A wine for food. Rich yet strikes a nice balance. Two years on the lees. 3g/L dosage. Made from 100% chardonnay. Drink now.
